Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Bema's white-label live streaming platform. By signing up for an account, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and your organization.

1. Service

Bema provides infrastructure for live streaming, chat, gifts, voice rooms, creator payouts, and associated tooling. The feature set evolves; new modules are added and backward-compatible changes are communicated in advance.

2. Acceptable Use

You are responsible for the content your users publish on streams and in chat. You must have moderation tooling enabled at a level appropriate to your audience and jurisdiction. Bema reserves the right to suspend tenants that repeatedly host prohibited content.

3. Payments

Subscription fees, Bema's transaction cut on gifts, and creator payout fees are disclosed in your tenant's billing settings. In-app purchases pass through Apple and Google and carry their respective store fees.

4. Data & Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you and your users generate. Bema processes it solely to operate the service. A full export is available on request.
