Account details you provide at signup (name, email, company), technical logs (IP address, user agent, request metadata), and audit trails on privileged actions performed in our admin panels.

How we use it

To operate and improve the service, to detect and prevent fraud, to comply with legal obligations, and to communicate service changes. We do not sell personal data.

Data location & retention

Primary data storage is in the KSA / MENA region. Retention mirrors your tenant lifecycle: an active tenant's data is retained for the duration of service; on termination we retain financial records for the period required by Saudi regulation and delete operational data within 30 days.
